30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with NedChat for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

  • Eligibility: All paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise)
  • Time Limit: Within 30 days of initial payment
  • Refund Amount: Full amount paid for the current billing period
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days

How to Request a Refund

Note: Refunds are only available for the current billing period. We cannot refund previous billing periods or usage from previous months.

Cancel Anytime, No Questions Asked

You can cancel your NedChat subscription at any time without any cancellation fees or penalties. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. 1. Sign In: Log in to your NedChat account
  2. 2. Go to Account Settings: Click on your profile and select "Account Settings"
  3. 3. Billing Section: Navigate to the "Billing & Subscription" section
  4. 4. Cancel Subscription: Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  5. 5. Confirm Cancellation: Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
  6. 6. Email Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Immediate Effect: No new charges will be made
  • Access: You keep full access until the end of your billing period
  • Data Retention: Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate anytime during the 30-day period
  • Free Plan: After cancellation, you're automatically moved to our free Starter plan

Important: After 30 days, your uploaded content and chatbot configurations will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Our Starter plan is completely free with no time limit. You can use it indefinitely with 100 conversations per month, 1 AI model, and up to 5 knowledge base files.

Pro-rated Billing

When you upgrade or downgrade plans, billing adjustments are pro-rated. You'll only pay for the time you use each plan level.

No Hidden Fees

There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or hidden costs. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan.
